We are Australian Crushing & Belting Group, trading as Conveyor Belts Australia and Australian Crushing & Mining Supplies. We take our service work very seriously and aim to deliver you superior service at a great rate. To ensure we can deliver this service, the following terms and conditions apply. Failure to meet these terms and conditions may result in an increased cost being applied to your invoice, based on increased time and materials used on site.

The Client agrees to prepare the work environment to ensure that the service can be performed efficiently and safely. The specific requirements are as follows:

1. Client Responsibilities

– Accessibility: The conveyor machine must be readily accessible for the maintenance work to be performed.

– Machine Preparation: The take-up must be fully retracted and adjusted to ensure accessibility.

– Cleanliness: The conveyor and surrounding area must be free of any debris or obstructions that could delay the maintenance work. Failure to ensure cleanliness may result in additional charges.

– Verification of Specifications: The Client is responsible for verifying the dimensions of the conveyor belt to ensure that they are correct before maintenance begins.

2. Estimate Conditions:

  – The provided estimate is calculated based on work performed during normal business hours. Services required outside of these hours, including but not limited to Friday afternoons, will incur additional charges.

  – The estimate is based on conditions known at the time and does not cover unforeseen delays or complications that may arise during the service, which may lead to additional charges.

  – The Client must review the estimate thoroughly to ensure that all details meet their requirements. All estimates are subject to variation in the actual labor required, which may affect the final price.

  – The estimate does not include the cost of freight to the required destination, nor any accommodation and meal allowances for the service team, should they be necessary.

3. Additional Client Support

– On-site Assistance: The Client may be required to assist with on-site machinery and labour as needed by the Conveyor Belt Australia (CBA) team.

4. Limitations of Service Estimate

– Labour Content: We will estimate the labour based on the requirements of the job, factoring safety and other relevant points. If no specific labour content is provided, the estimate will be based on the assumption that one CBA team member will be allocated for the job. Any change in the team composition may affect the final costs.

– Travel and Accommodation: No costs related to travel, accommodation, or meal allowances for the CBA team are included in the estimate. If applicable, such costs will be billed with standard 15% surcharge applied, in addition to the service charges.

5. Confirmation of Terms

By accepting the service estimate, the Client confirms understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions. It is advised that the Client retain a copy of this agreement for their records.
